What Should I Buy

If I want a computer, with media center, that is competent to play games like America's Army, Call of Duty etc., what type of specs should this system have. (memory, HD, processor, graphics card etc.). Also, is there a difference between a new PC and a refurbished PC. If anybody has any links to sites with good deals on a PC that I would be looking for, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks Very Much :)

1. Well depending on your budget we can reccommend components to buy

2. You should custom build a computer

3. A refurbished PC has alredy been used, its cheaper, ususally older parts, more of a chance of something breaking. But they usually have some decent warrantires

4. If you dont want to build you can look at some of these sites:

Thanks Bob,

I have never built a PC before, but I have heard it's like putting LEGOs together, is that true? So, ur trying to say that building a custom PC would be cheaper I suppose, right?

Well, the budget is pretty much up to 1000, maybe a little more, but one can still get a decent system for gaming and stuff on that budget right?

1. Building a PC is not hard at all, and if anything goes wrong (it wont) we are here to help

2. Buidling a custom is better, its cheaper, and you feel better after completing it

3. $1000 is quite sufficent, do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse speakers?
