What should I do?

I have a 1GB DDR1 working at 400 frequency memory card and a 256 MB DDR1 one working at 266 frequency. Should I use them both at the same time or just the 1 GB one?:confused:The processor is an Intel Celeron D 2.28.Thank you!:)
