What temp should you ram be around?

Simple question what tempture should your ram be at i have this program(came with my mobo) and it tell's me my temptures and tell's me unsafe temptures it starts screeming(makings a warning sound(same as like the one's u hear on like the simpsons wen the neuclear reactors bout 2 blow)) and goes read meaning its like at dangerous tempture ..well it even says it is .. my ram tempture is around 50 degrees and can go up to 54 degrees .. is this any where near normal
 
meaning the temptures are too hot?

.. can anyone give me a number? like what it should be around and what it max should be?
