what to do if your mother board only supports 2 cooling fans?

my mother board (MSI H81M - E34) only has two system cooling fan plug-ins and one for the CPU fan. but my case Fractal core 1000 has three fan placements. I was thinking if there is a fan that can be controlled by me with a switch and not need to be plugged into the mother board. ive looked into it and didnt really find anything. or if there is a simple way to use a USB port maybe. i obviously dont know much just tossing out some ideas. any help would be awesome thanks.

...and just another thought if you've got a front panel bay open, some extra $$ (or a Christmas wish list), a fan controller. some fans can be rather obnoxious at full bore if not controlled by the motherboard. Can control multiple fans from one power tap. Run from simple twist knobs to ones that have extras (USB Ports, Card reader, ... :D) to some that look like they're from the Millennium Falcon!

My recommendation: https://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/accessories/recon/

Being able to adjust fans from Windows is very nice. Bitfenix program is bad but you can use Phoebtria instead.
