what to do with a img and cue file?

I have just recently downloaded a game from the internet and there are 4 files they are ccd,cue,img and sub havent got a clue what they are or what to do with them. Have i got to burn the img file onto a cd to play the game. Plz help me as i wana play the game now

Write a cd with that cd-image using Nero.

I use Alcohol 120% to open up .cue and .img files

Wot other files are you talking about????? but all I know you should try alcohol 120% it will open those files up

u can also try deamon tools

but dont delete the other files...

those are clone cd files, download clond cd or use isobuster to extract it or run a virtual drive with alchohol.
