when i turned the pc for the first time after installin all the parts this is what is showin on the screen.
can someone tell me what to press here?

well i installed everything motherboard , cpu , graphic card . harddrive everything at once.

Do you have RAID setup? From looking at that pic it appears so. So just select the type of RAID you have, and what RAID controller your using.

how do i know what raid i have? i dont even know if i have a raid setup i just put all the parts i had. are u refering to the harddrive cause if it is i have a Seagate Baracuda 7200rpm

i only have one harddrive and its a Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm . and i have the jumper in cable select is the middle pins

no it says somethin about CMOS defualt load - error then i pressed F1 to continue and thats when that screen appears
