What type of HD does my laptop use??

I'm looking to upgrade the hard drive in my laptop. However, I'm not sure what type of HD it uses. My system is really slow at startup and I believe that its the HD to blame. I've checked around and I'm sure my HD runs at 4200RPM and I want to upgrade to 7200RPM.

1) I've already clear out most of the startup programs to just the essentials.
2) I upgraded my ram to 1Gb
3) I have used software like CCleaner and AdAware to get rid of any pesky software.

I have a Sony Vaio PCG-V505EX notebook. I have also added a link to a picture of my current HD (sorry it may take a while to load) so that maybe someone will know what type of HD this laptop uses.

The only thing you have to figure out (which the picture would have made clear) is the connection type... other than that you can get anything here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...Subcategory=380&description=&Ntk=&srchInDesc=

Meh just get an 9mm drive. 9mm is the smallest you can get.

More air to circulate and leave an cooler HDD I'm pretty sure the rattling is either he forgot to put in the screws or the HDD workin

As I was looking at newegg.com it showed the that there are 3 interfaces for notebook hard drives.
