What type of psu will these mobo's need?

I have two mobo's and I need to know how much power they both take I have an old 200 watts will that be any help with any one of them?

Intel CA810 Motherboard & Celeron CPU 700MHz 700/128/66

Intel motherboard,P3 800 Processor,128MB RAM,B/I sound

and another thing what type of pins do they have?

If it's ATX 20-pin then it should work. 350w should be plenty for what you've described.
