what video card would be best?

Hey everyone,
I'm running kinda an older system and I'm wondering what the best video card would be for it.
Gigabyte 7VT600P-RZ motherboard, AMD Athlon XP 3000+ cpu (2.17 GHz) 1 Gig of DDR PC-3200 RAM, 500 Gig of HD space, 500w PSU.

your options are limited to AGP cards only but here are some ones I found:

I threw in the 7600GT because its a nice, cheap card and can OC good as well.

Being stuck with AGP, I'd personally choose The 7900GS, if it's within your budget of course.
