What Will a bad graphics card do?

I'm about to purchase the inspiron 6400 and its fitted with a standard intergrated gma 950. Now i now this isnt the best graphics card in the world but if i was going to be playing a game which is to hardcore for this chipset will the game just lag or will the graphics be totally shite?

Depends on your processor, but generally any new or somewhat new game will not run well AT ALL, you may be able to run older games such as WoW and such, but don't expect to play new games.
