What would I need to use PC LCD as TV

I have several 15" Dell LCD monitors, is there any adapter out there that I can use to watch the LCD as TV.
I already have Dish Network as my TV channel box, all I need is the single channel TV, like a LCD monitor.

Does any make such a device?

If your monitor doesn't come with a co-ax input, your best choice would be to buy a TV tuner for your PC and hook the monitor back up to the PC.
