What would it take to have a good computer?

It says the peak commit charge is 1,105,256, and the available memory is 3,103,788. Regarding its type, I know it is '4GB DDR3 Dual Channel (2 x 2GB)', however I can't find it in the 'device manager' - how do I look up the memory info?
