What would one call a low-end motherboard?

This is my first computer build and I am in between two motherboards right now.

Asus: ASUS ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97-K/CSM
and
ASRock: ASRock Z97 KILLER LGA 1150

Background: I am making a computer optimized for mid to high graphic gaming and I'm wondering about the reliability.
