Link to the latter? They're probably using the 12V to market ATX12V compliance, or perhaps there's an amperage rating following the 12V.

Either way, no difference, just marketing.

Im wondering, but couldnt it also mean that its 400W on the 12V rail?


edit: would put it on 33.33A on the 12V. ( Im just wondering, it could be completely wrong ofcourse )
