What's a good AVI to MP4 convertor?

I used ImToo, and when I put the video on my PSP/PS3, the quality is crap and the word don't align to the mouth movement at all.

I was wondering what a good video converter is, I actually don't care how I do it, just as long as I can get it to look good on my PSP/PS3, I've get a few DVD RWs I can format if I need to write it to one.
 
Thanks man, I'm going to check this program out for sure when I get home, I looked at the website a few minutes ago, but I'm on a school computer so I can't install it and test it, hopefully this will work well.

Also, do you know of a program where I can burn mp4/avi/ w/e movies(legal backups of course :P) to a blank DVD and it play in a regular DVD player?
