Ok so I have a really low budget. I basically have no job mostly because it's so random. I would say I have like 300-400 dollars to spend on a pc for both art and gaming purposes. I'm mostly looking for a prebuild that can be upgraded in almost every regard. I know building it would be the go to option, but I would prefer to avoid that. Now I can flex my budget a little higher than 400 dollars but not by much. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I want to be able to play basic games (league of legends) with it
