Decent price but, kinda slow. Well all usb externals are slow. Is there a way you can go internal, as they are much faster?

I have 320 internal. 80 for OS and 250 for other stuff.

back to topic i'd say just build your own but a decent internal HD for $100 and then buy a external case and put it together

^^ That is good to do too. You can get an internal 500gb w/ 32mb cache for around $80-90 and then an external case and connectors for around $30.
