Leave the trigger blank. What a port trigger does is when the computer sends data out on the trigger port the port forwarding gets activated.
The translate to... is so you can forward an external port to a different one internally.
If you know what protocol you need forwarded then pick it from the <any> drop down (TCP, UDP) otherwise pick any/both.
