What's best GPU config?

I am getting ready to build a new pc and was wondering what the best GPU would be for my build.

I plan on using the pc for just surfing the net and major gaming. I want really good graphics for games like Battlefield 3, Star Wars The Old Republic, Diablo III you know stuff like that.

Would this single card be best

Or would a Crossfire setup with a lower card be best performance?

Here is what my build will be

I'd advise against two lesser cards, I'm a fan of just running one mid-high range card. If you want a compromise between the two you linked, get a 6950.

That PSU is complete overkill unless you run two cards. You can settle with a quality 550-600w PSU with a single card and it will still be overkill.

Thanks for the input on the psu I will change that and reguarding you advising against running two lesser cards why is that? I would get better performance with the single higher card I posted as opposed to the 2 in crossfire that I posted? Not new to computers just multiple gpu's or not lol. Thanks for your advice andbody else have suggestions?

Well for two lesser cards, you might get better performance, but if you run into a game that doesn't support crossfire or has problems with it, you get half the performance. With some games you get flickering of shadows/bad performance and other issues, same goes for SLI, so it's just a preference of mine to have one powerful card.

Although I am buying a 570 and keeping the 450 for PhysX (mainly for Arma III)
