They are the same price 56.99 but the G Skill has 2.99shipping price but i think its because its two sticks of 1Gb Duel

The Gskill is the better one

It depends on what you want to do, the GSkill does need less voltage but the speed and timings are likely the same (cant see the other timings on the Kingston, just CAS). If you ever want to get 4GB without using 4 sticks of RAM the Kingston is better but if you don't mind using 4 sticks then the GSkill is fine.
