Whats Better?

The ASUS A8N-SLI-Premium or the DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR
and is the DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR made for the ATX Case??

Yes all of them work in an ATX case. I would say the DFI is better for an overclocker because of the amount of bios settings it has but the ASUS might be easier to use for a regular user.
