Whats cheap in the uk right now?

I want to build my sister a new desktop for basic internet browsing and college work. She has a pentium 4 now so i think anything will be a improvement but ideally we would like something windows 7 compatible.

We already have a cooler,hdd and maybe a psu, So first on my list is cpu, mobo and case.

Any ideas?
 
i ordered a case of LambdaTek on wedensday and i received the case in scotland today, (£7:50 postage) :D, also the prices are not to bad, i only wish in the uk we had something like newegg the they seen to have amazing deals, realy its hard to get cheap prices in the uk but im going to order the rest of the parts for the pc im going to build tonight of lambdaTek (cheaper than pc world)
