whats the diif and why ?

the first was recommended out of Specs 101 but they are out. could i consider the second one ? thanks

i know one is SLi and one is not but is there any performance diffrence or compatibility issues.

nevermind this one. i aint gonna touch the SlLi. to many problems and only plan to use on card.
