Well
Speedfan was showing fine reading for ASUS Mobo till now. I have been using it for a fortnight now.

Just now, i got it started and its showing some -55C for Mobo.

Yes, i am not in some antarctica! :D Just switched on room AC though as it was some 35 C in the room, felt like .

CPU cores are looking fine & i haven't even over clocked my processor nor RAM! (Just in case its '55' and not '-55', though that not possible as processor temp was always almost10 C higher than mobo in past, whenever i have noticed)

What this can be? Esp when it was fine early?
Also there is some AUX, which always shows>80C. But i read a lot about it that it is some un-required reading! (let me know if you have more info about that too)

Thanks in advance.

Speedfan isn't very good at temperature monitoring. Try out HW monitor instead and see what that says:

http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

High or anomolous temperatures are usually either

stuck sensors,
unusable sensors, or
non-existant ones.

Power supplies are usually the main culprit, they will give either
very high temperatures,
very low temperatures, or
no reading at all

because they either don't have a sensor, but the monitoring software tries to find one,
have a sensor, but the program can't use it, so it creates a strange reading, or
the seonsor is stuck, so it always gives out the same, usually anomolous, reading
