what's mean OIS protocols???

Oh man, back to the Cisco crap... It all has to do with networking and what level things are at. There are 7 total layers. I think networking cards are 3, and routers are 4... I don't remember right off, it's been about 5 years since I took the class. Google it!

Did a quick search... I might of been thinking of something else, but yeah, still has to do with networking :o
