whats next?

If your referring to computer parts, then i wouldnt get anything. There really isnt anything that $100 will do that will make a big impact on performance.

if your mobo can support it i'd get another 1gb of dual channel ram. if you do do that, make sure it's the same kind as your existing ram.

I dont agree, 3GB is kinda stupid. I doubt he needs more than 2GB and you should save the $100 and save more money untill you can get a significant upgrade.

Aye. Save up for a better GPU or CPU. The rest is pretty good.

3GB isnt dual channel capable. Not to mention that 2GB is plently.

will it run like crap?
That takes DDR2, it's a different pin configuration than DDR, so it wont even fit in the slot.

got about 100 bucks to spend. what should i get?
Better optical drives if you're into that. aftermarket cooling, a new HDD, all depends on what you need

How about a GB of high performance RAM? (granted way2evil might not benifit from it but it is a viable option)

That depends on the motherboard :)
