ok, heres the reason why integrated graphics is nto as good as a card. First of all, lets say you have a 64mb integrated video on your motherboard, that 64mb is going to be coming from your ram, although if you buy a 64mb card (which no one should do by the way) the card will come with 64mb of its own memory, it doesnt use up 64mb of your ram, so your performance is better when you play games since the video has its own memory, and you have more RAM. Also a 64mb AGP card would have a faster bandwidth speed then integrated so it would be faster at loading pixels. If your going to buy a video card, get at least 128mb. Also, an ATI or nVidia specialize in video, unlike intel, so the quality is better (think wal-mart brand vs sony).
