What's so 'tweaked'....?

I look at Omega and DNA drivera and ask, 'What's so tweaked about this drivers?' What is the real advantage of these drivers over the standard Catalyst drivers?

The Omega link only talked about how their drivers are 'optimized' and 'tweaked' and that they have more options, but what are these extra options, other than ATi Tray tools which is download along with it, which I already have right now.....

DNA drivers didn't tell me squat.....
