What's that thing on the motherboard...

that powers up the LED's and USB's on the front (or back I guess) panel of the computer? Like the two and three pin connectors.

Any idea?

I have no clue what you're talking about as there's nothing that does anything to both the lights and the USB... There's a set of jumpers for the front buttons and lights, and another set of headers for extra USB ports...
