Whats the best cpu cooling fan?

Whats the best cooling fan to use on my cpu. Dont want to go water cooled at this stage.
I have a AMD Athlon64 x2 Dual core am2 socket.
My PSU is a enermax eg701ax.
Any help appreciated.

Then just mount a 80mm FAN of your choice to it , Zalman one for low noise or a Delta one for better performance.

(you will have to remove the mobo in order to install this heat sink though) !
