Whats the best FREE Excel online training?

What is the best online training that someone could do to help improve their understanding of Excel 2007. The training would need to be free of charge.

I have seen the online training offered on the Office Live site but when you go to download the Ecxel test page the terms and conditions are referring to "charges"...does anyone know if you are actually charged anything for downloading the test page and using the training programme??

Also, as for charges, if it doesn't ask for credit card info or anything like that you're safe. They don't just magically figure out who you are and bill you.
