what's the best power supply to use

there are so many power supplies to use wattage wise so wich one is the best ?

It depends on what's going inside the computer. I mean if you want you can get a quad rail 1000w power supply to power a Celeron or something if you so desire, but that would be quite wasteful Besides, wattage means very little. You should check the amperage on the 12v rails, then worry about the wattage.

It wont overpower the system the powersupply will only use the watts that it needs to power the system.
