Whats the best way to extend my wireless network?

I just bought a wireless adapter (108 mbps wireless PCI Adapter) and i was wondering if ther was anyway i could extend my adapters range? Are there any attachments i could do to it? any help would be nice

i've seen antennas for routers, but are they made for the adapter themself?

It shouldn't be any different as long as you get the correct connection, or a converter of some sort...
