What's the difference between the...

The cores are different and the FSB for the E4300 is 800MHz while the E6300 is at 1066MHz...that's all I can see...Oh, the E6300 has virtualization technology support...whatever that is...There's probably a few other differences but I'm too lazy to read everything on the spec sheet.
 
That's about it. The E6300 is the better chip, despite being cheaper. The E4300 should drop in price quickly, I had thought that the MSRP was $163.
