whats the difference between these three boards?

I seriousely cant tell the difference between and 1st and 2nd board. maybe some one can give me a head up on that. My main question right now is can these board run 1066 ddr2 memory? the first two clearly said that they only support up to 800 ddr2 memory:(.

its to bad newegg doesn't ship to Canada,all those are cheaper there. The diff has something to do with the chipset and diodes IMO
