What's the difference between these two?

What's the difference between these two motherboards? The only differences I see are price, and something to do with the ram?

Asus maximus Formula Memory Standard 1200/1066/800/667MHz. DDR2 1200 is O.C. speeds.

Asus P5E Memory Standard DDR2 1200

If someone could explain, that'd be great.

from what i see they have differnt style of heat sinks and the memory standards

What's different about the memory standards? I know they're different..but which one is better? I'm assuming the more expensive one (Maximus Formula) is better because it has more memory options...but I'm not positive.

I'm not very good when it comes to RAM.
