Whats the difference between these two?

Are there any other differences aside from that one supports P4 Extreme Editions?
I have a P4 prescott with HT. If there are no more differences, I would be better off with the cheaper one, right?

ummm one thing i noticed is that the more expencive one has more SATA connectors, but i didn't look at it that well, i just took a quick look.

the 2nd one has:

dual lan 10/100/1000Mbps (1st one only 1)
support for 6 SATA II drives (1st one for only 4)

i cant figure this out but this is different too, supported cpu's

1st mobo: Intel Pentium D/Pentium 4 HT/Celeron D
2nd mobo: Intel Pentium 4 EE/Pentium 4 HT/Celeron D

I doubt I will be using 6 drives. Will the more expensive one be faster then the other? Or is it just more expensive because of the added SATA II ports and extra lan port? What I really need to be sure of is if it will work with my processor.

there should be no difference in performance, they are the ecactly same mobos, they have identical chipsets, just the sata 2 and lan difference, buy the cheaper one
