What the heck is the3 difference between these two msi cards? besides price :P

MSI R4870

MSI R4870-T2D1G No customer feedback arggg.

and how is MSI in quality? Havn't been able to find much on comparing them to other GPU's. I was going to go with this (ASUS EAH4870) until I noticed the cheaper of the above two. Am I gaining anything with the asus?
 
As far as i know MSI is pretty good, and if you feel that the price is in your price-range I think you should go for it. As far as the difference between the two cards, I'm not sure, however it might be something as simple as a little OC, or they could have replaced the stock cooling for an aftermarket kit. If it was me, I'd research what kind of temps that chip produces, and based on that i'd pick which one of the two. ( Assuming that it's a new cooler ) I don't really think that either company has superior features to each other, as far as I know. So I'd say you aren't gaining or losing anything.
