whats the difference?

The MSI has a core clock of 880mhz while the Gigabyte has a core clock of 822mhz. Not much of a difference, and you could easily overclock it if need be.

But the MSI is the same price if you factor in the rebate.
 
id honestly go with the MSI card, I have a feeling the twin frozer is the better cooler out of the two, even if it costs more, ive had nothing but headaches with gigabyte graphics cards for some weird reason...so has my friend, fan failures and general failure of the card too...
