Whats the difference

Hi, i hope you can clear this up for me, i got myself a bit confused.

As far as i know, the ones in the top red circle are USB connectors for connecting to your front USB ports on your pc case.
But the connectors in the lower circle i can't see well, but i think that they are SATA connectors.

oh right, they put the USB headers in ther own special yellow bit now, thats news to me. Well, if thats all they are then thats ok, i thought it might be something interesting.
