Will there be a big difference between a 256MB 6600GT PCi-express car and a 128MB 6600GT APG?I bought a APG card because thats the slot i have now but im upgrading and i can return if its really a big difference, but rather not...Also whats the differenct between APG and PCi-e? Thanks!

Well, with the exception of a few models, all motherboards will support either AGP or PCI-E, and not both. While the difference between the two cards is not hugely significant, i'd still go with the PCI-E card if you have the option. The performance is somewhat better, and you have far greater upgrading potential.

Without getting into the technical details, PCI-E has a higher bandwidth than AGP, and thus can transfer data faster. PCI-E cards are generally cheaper than similar AGP ones, and modern high-end cards are now PCI-E only.

if you're deciding whether to upgrade to pci-e or not, do it. And if you do upgrade your motheboard you'll have to get the 256mb 6600gt pci-e card as almost all motherboard have one or the other slot, not both. As for the memory difference there won't be that much of a performance boost.
