What's the easiest program to use to burn mp3s?

Probably just burned it as a file. In media player you will need to burn as a music CD which burns as tracks
 
Open media player, add the folder where your music is stored to the library and all your music should load. Then you can create playlists and burn them to cd's. You can also add individual songs to a burn list and it will keep track of how many minutes you have left to use on one cd, which is nice to have.
