what's the NVIDIA counterpart of these ATI cards?

my friend is buying a new laptop. he has two choices and was wondering what the NVIDIA counterpart of the ATI cards were.

here are the cards:

ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M and
ATI RADEON® Xpress1150

he wants to play counter strike:source. tbh, my 7300gs isnt powerful but runs cs:source in high settings but with HDR off.

Aye, they're all integrated graphics; to play CS:S you'd want either an X1300 Pro or a 7300GT at a comfortable speed.

it's cool. it's my friend who's buying the laptop. the two laptops he's choosing from have those ATI cards in them. he just wanted to know if he could play CS:S on those.
