Could some one tell me the REAL company that build this burner?

Comstar is only something like a redistributor... So I wan't to know the real name.

Without this I can't find any drivers for it...

You shouldn't need drivers if your running 2000/XP. And even if you did, you'd need them for the enclosure/USB to IDE converter, not the drive itself.

When I plug it, it does find a USB MASS STORAGE but it dissapears some secs after.

And It doesnt show off in My computer...

Have you tried it on another computer? I'm kind of leaning towards a bad drive(but a good enclosure...)

Also, does it have external power?
