Hey guys, I built a computer recently and realized that I really need to be spending the money on more necessary things *cough*bills*cough*. What is this system worth to you?

-Antec P180 Case
-ATI X1900XTX
-AMD x2 4200+
-ASUS A8N32-SLI DELUXE
-2GB DDR400 Kingston RAM
-Maxtor 250GB HD
-Antec TruePowerII 550w PSU
-Zalman VGA fan
-Zalman CPU fan
-DVD Drive
-Floppy Drive

Note: I'm not selling it. I just want to know what's it's worth to you guys. Ebay will probably be where it ends up.

"A man after me own heart" was one old saying with the AMD X2 model cpu, the latest ATI model video card, and especially the Antec TP II 550w supply while I was forced to run out to a retail store to grab a 480w when the 430w only had a 20pin not 24pin needed connector for the board, and 2gb of Kingston runs fine here already along with a BIG Zalman cpu cooler just installed(model #CNPS2500), and of course having two burners(one cd, one dvd) without forgetting to always have a floppy onhand.

I'm sorry, but I couldn't tell if you were talking about your system or complimenting mine..:D

Well it was easy to spot the very close choices in hardwares for the build there. :D The one thing that stands out however is the cpu where I am looking into going with a server type S939 cpu over one like the FX60 model in order to build a stable "work horse" type case there. Often the system is on 24hrs. two or more days a week especially when capturing video from an analog source. The cpu and psu both have to be stable elements there. The TP II 550w was the psu considered there.

A rough guess only here puts it closer or slightly over $1,300 even when all parts are ordered online. I've done some price comparisons lately while planning a new build to give a good approximate.

$1,250 sounds fair. You could maybe squeeze out $1,500 on eBay.

I thought somewhere around $1,300 or a little higher was fair considering the price of $357- for the 4200+ X2 at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103547
And then there's the Antec TP II 550x at $99- plus the Radeon card there running roughly... $539.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814195003&CMP=KNC-overturesmx&ATT=product And that's just a few items there. :D

i would say about $1300 to $1400 dollars woud be good for that setup... i just put my whole setup listed in my Sig. for about 1K and it is a bit better then mine... but i didnt pay for my monitor... it was free and i got a great deal on the 2 7600Gt's so maybe even $1500....
