The second one has a slightly higher core speed (20Mhz) and a slighly higher memory clock speed, i wouldn't pay the extra $40 for that!

same price after the mail-in-rebate.Chances are they got em at a higher price and listed em as that,but the mail in rebate brings the price to the same so its about even...the higher clocked one isnt any better,not like you cant OC the lower clocked one to the same speeds.

the prices on those wholesale sites are whacky

sometimes they have 2 or even 3 different model year products

just go with the price on that one
