Okedokey Well-Known Member Sep 22, 2014 #2 Windows XP 64 bit is pretty much unusable, always has been. It was a 64bit OS before its time therefore many developers simply ignored it. SP3 isn't compatible with XP 64 bit and neither is Norton. Instead, download and install Avast Free Version. Much better anyway. Even better still, upgrade to Win 7 or 8.1
