Whats Wrong with my comp.?

Alright so I recently got ungrounded and decided to celebrate by spending the night at my friends house. When I arrive back home I notice my computer is on (which means my sister was probably messing around on it). I go and check my History folder just to make sure shes not selling Weapons Of Mass Destruction over the internet on my computer and to my surprise. She cleared the History!

Since I trust my sister I decide to forget about it and start to check my E-mail and the sorts. So I go to highlight some text and the computers having trouble doing it. So to test things out I click on a folder (once) and it pops up. So the problem is My mouse keeps clicking multiple times when I only click once! Now I've had this problem before, but it was a LONG time ago and i don't know remember how to fix it. I've ran virus scans and other scans, but they havn't fixed the problem.
So if anyone knows how to fix it PLEASE help me.
Thanks

Have you tried a different mouse?

As others have said try a new mouse, but what virus programs are you using, if its Norton I would look into a better AV? The reason why I ask is because the fact that she cleared the history means that she is hiding stuff and there is a good chance that she went sites that are of bad origins :) and might has contracted some malware, virus or both.

I would try looking in the cookies, sounds like his sister knows more about it than he does , make her fix the thing.
