What's wrong with this build? And another question

I've been window shopping on Tigerdirect.ca and I came up with this build. I think most things fit but I'm not too sure, so please help me out.

PowerUp Black 469 ATX Mid-Tower Case with Front USB and Audio Ports

NEC ND3550 / 16x8x16x DVD+RW / 16x6x16x DVD-RW / 8x DVD+R DL / 6x DVD-R DL / 48x32x48x CD-RW / Silver / Dual Layer / DVD Burner with Software

Maxtor / 80GB / 7200 / 8MB / SATA-150 / OEM / Hard Drive (Refurbished)

Gigabyte 945PL-S3 Intel Socket 775 ATX Motherboard and an Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86GHz OEM Processor

Diablo Tek 3-in-1 Multimedia Keyboard, Optical Mouse and Speakers Combo (Black)

Famous Brand 17" / 12ms / 500:1 / SXGA 1280 x 1024 / Black / LCD Monitor
EVGA GeForce 7900 GT CO / 256MB GDDR3 / SLI / PCI Express / Dual DVI / HDTV / Video Card

Diamond Xtreme Sound 5.1/16 bit Sound Card

Kingwin - Arctic Liquid Cooler - Self-Contained CPU and VGA Liquid Cooling System

Intel PRO 1000 PCI-e x1 Desktop Gigabit Network Adapter

OCZ Dual Channel XTC 2048MB PC5400 DDR2 667MHz Gamer Memory (2 x 1024MB)

Ultra / X-Finity / 500-Watt / ATX / 120mm Fan / SATA-Ready / SLI-Ready / Titanium / Open Box Power Supply

Is there anything missing/incompatible/crappy with those parts? And would it be able to handle some overclocking?

And for the question, are there Intel dual-core processors without E6x00 in their name?

I'm guessing the higher the ms the crappier? And size isn't a very important factor for me.

Yes, the ms is the response time. You will want something less than 8ms for no/little ghosting.
Edit: also, i dont know about that sound card. I would reccomend a Creative Audigy.
And there are Intel Pentium Ds, they are alright, but the E6000 series is the newest CPU out, and the best.

I'm not really an enthusiast for sound; I have an integrated sound card on my current comp and I'm pretty happy with it.

Also, the cheapest monitor on TigerDirect with 8ms has built in speakers. Does it stack with the speakers or should I get rid of the speakers from the list?

Edit: Thanks for clearing that up.

I didn't check the motherboard, but I feel quite sure it has at least one 10/100 networking card, so you shouldn't need the other one you posted.

On TigerDirect all it says about networking is

"LAN Type 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit"

I kinda thought it meant if it was compatible, but I sure hope it means it has one.

Edit: It does. Sweet.

That's why you buy from neweg..anyways

I would drop the OCZ XTC PC5400 DDR2 667MHz Gamer Memory and try to get some DDR 800 memory, even if it doesn't say "gamer memory" on it.
