whats wrong?

I started up my fugitsu? siemens pc today and it gets to the point where you can press del to enter BIOS but then stops, it does it everytime. I cant get anyfurther or get into the BIOS to reboot.

well ive had it installed but now it wount load to that point, i cant reinstall it as i cant get into my bios to tell it to boot from CD
 
Try pressing f8 (Could be different depending on mobo). That will bring up a boot selection from wich you can choose to boot from CD. If you succed to boot on the windows CD, you can either try the repair thingy, or completly reformating by deleting a partition, and creating another, wich will erase all data from drive, so hopefully the repair utility will work.
 
OS has nothing to do with his problem because he cant even get past the POST screen.

Try removing all non essecial appliances from the mother board like cd/dvd roms, HDD's, floppy, pci cards and such and see if it boots further.
